All items will be sold with a bill of sale unless otherwise noted. 

Motorcycles that have a title will be announced prior to being auctioned.

All  motorcycle will be described by the auctioneer as they were described by the owner. 

All sales are final.

We will assist with all of your transportation needs. 

If you are unable to remove your motorcycle when the auction is complete we will assist  you.

All purchases are required to be made with a good funds.  Accepted funds are, cash, bank wire transfers, cashiers checks, travelers checks, personal and  company checks require a bank letter of guarantee dated no earlier than August 15, 2007 for the August 18, 2007 Auction.  (Please call if other arrangements need to be made we will work with you to meet your needs 508-669-5222)

There is a 10% buyers premium on all items. 

The buyers premium for motorcycle purchases is 10%.


Arrangements will be made for items that can not be removed from the auction site after the sale.  A deposit of 25% of the final sale price is required for all parts and small items, this deposit is non refundable.  

Motorcycles will require a $250.00, $500.00 or $1000.00 deposit depending on value this is a non refundable deposit.

All items will be sold with a bill of sale unless otherwise noted prior to auction sale.  The Auctioneer will announce if the vehicle has a title prior to bidding.  It is the buyers responsibility and the cost to obtain a title and or registration in their state or country.

We will accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover with a 3% handling fee.

We will assist you with your every need,  whether it be transportation, storage,  boxing your items for overseas shipment we will make it happen, regardless if you are purchasing a $10.00 item or $10,000 item we will take care of you.
